Clinical Supervision

My approach to supervision is flexible, collaborative, supervisee-centered, and grounded in providing the highest quality of care for clients. I embrace several roles in practice as a clinical supervisor, including teacher, counselor, and consultant, and provide tailored, responsive interventions based on the specific needs, professional goals, and stage of development of supervisees. Our primary goal of supervision is to increase competence and effectiveness as a professional counselor, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive, constructive learning environment for supervisees.
